The Peterborough Pocket 1000 Medium Mattress comes from Relyon's Luxury range offers great comfort levels at very affordable prices. It uses four fillings, including Amicor Pure fibres, to make a bed that feels great all year round whilst minimising the effects of allergies. Amicor Pure is a range of revolutionary fibres, which help your bed stay fresh from the inside. These intelligent fibres have a unique slow-diffusion 'self cleaning' mechanism that prevents dust mite allergens and delivers anti-microbial effect. These anti-allergenic properties create a fresh and healthy place to sleep and provide constant and continuous protection for the life of the product.

This mattress uses 1000 independently pocketed springs, which respond to the contours of the body. On top of these are a range of fillings, all of which are chosen for their own special qualities: Purest Lambswool gives warmth in winter and coolness in summer. It also aids moisture control; Hypo-allergenic Reflex foam provides a soft yet supportive feel; Cotton felt creates a soft surface; White fibre is a dust-free filling, which provides softness and resilience.

The whole mattress is covered in the finest quality Belgian damask and finished with felt tufts, which hold the mattress fillings securely in place. It also has double flag-stitched handles and ventilation holes that aid air circulation. Finally the sides of the mattress are hand-stitched. This extends the sleeping area to the mattress edge by supporting the mattress walls.
